All hatches are fabricated roof specific – deck, corrugated iron or tile (specify with order).

All Commercial Access Hatches will standard be fabricated to suit “Portrait” orientation (long side running down the fall of the roof. Optional “Landscape” orientation (long side running across the roof) needs to be clearly specified with the order. Hinges are standard on the short side or high side of the lid; sideway hanged is optional please discuss with our Technical Sales Representative. 

Options available 

• Colour-match to your roof: standard Colorbond range, or GAL 
• Orientation can be “Portrait” or “Landscape” (long side running down the roof or across the roof) 
• “Sideway hinged” 
• Lid can be glazed in various glass options, or in Twinwall Polycarbonate, and can be clear or opaque (opal) 
• Internals can be in “Retail Finish”, in case they are visible from the underneath 
• “Thermal Break” design for applications where condensation would be an issue
